Dragon sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium pickle
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • 3 spoons of peanut butter, creamy
  • 50 ml of cream
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • ¼ tablespoon of chilli flakes
  • 100 ml of water
  • Salt

Preparation:

 

Chop the onion into small cubes and fry on oil. Add the pickle, sliced into dice, peanut butter, and all the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and boil. If the sauce is too thick, add water.
